They say that Syracuse, NY is #3 as best place to live.  Who would have ever thought.  I mean it’s a good place to raise a family, the cost of living is much better than in bigger cities but the taxes are extremely high, the social scene is nonexistant and its cold seven months out the year.  Wow is all I can say “Go Cuse!” Farmers...
